Yes — every plan is a flat monthly fee with AI included. You can either let Quincer route your traffic through our managed model pool or bring your own key (BYOK) and pay the model provider directly at cost. There is no per-resolution or per-message surcharge.
A conversation is one back-and-forth session with one visitor, however many messages it takes. Idle page visits, opens that never produce a message, and bot-only pings don't count. Voice minutes are billed separately under the Voice add-on.
Each brand gets its own dedicated knowledge base, personas, voice configuration, integrations, and analytics. Running multiple brands on one plan dilutes all of that. If you operate several brands, run a Quincer account per brand — the dashboard supports per-brand login and billing.
Memory lets Quincer remember a visitor across sessions, recognize a returning caller by phone number, and build a long-term semantic profile that informs future replies.
